Column:Company Events Time:2019-07-20

In order to make our team work more united, stronger, more competitive and able to better adapt to the ever-changing market environment, the company specially organized this training at Anxi Outward Bound Training Base. Through this training, we deeply understand how hard it must take to be successful before we can stand at the highest point. The joy of victory is the result of countless falls and reflections. In high-intensity training, sweat, pain and laughter are interwoven, which makes us deeply experience that a team needs millions of times to become indestructible. Although it is only a short day, the inspiration and experience given by outward bound training is a permanent spiritual wealth. No matter what position we are in, we can get very useful life insights as long as we experience it attentively.

People often have a fear of the unknown world, and the unpredictable future often makes people afraid. In the work, many things often cannot foresee the result, which makes them stop moving forward. However, outward bound training has made me suddenly realize that in future work, don't be afraid because you don't know and don't give up because you have never tried before. A person's understanding of himself is often reserved, and his understanding of his potential is vague and underestimated. Outward Bound Training has enabled me to have a clearer understanding of the latent energy in myself and has strengthened my confidence and determination to overcome difficulties and meet challenges. From now on, we can also see that human potential needs to be tapped. To create conditions, look for opportunities, and expand training programs do not require high physical fitness of human beings. They are more of a psychological challenge to human beings, and they will also realize and experience that it is an activity that enables everyone to have a new transcendence in mind and spirit. You will find that human potential is really huge from a new understanding of yourself and life. Challenge yourself, there is nothing impossible, don't say "no" easily, to re-recognize yourself and surpass yourself. Only by uniting our efforts and acting in an orderly way can we successfully accomplish our goals.
I am deeply impressed by this outward bound training, and I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience. To sum up, I have the following points:
1, hierarchical management, clear leadership is extremely important. After each person's job responsibilities are determined, each person will perform his or her own duties, which is conducive to clarifying the responsibilities and giving full play to the individual's subjective initiative, so that he or she will not only know what he or she should do, but also think about how to do it well.
2, do things to make plans first, then carry out actions.
3, should learn to encounter problems empathy. In the work, don't be troubled by superficial phenomena. Some impressions are actually subjective assumptions. It requires your patience and wisdom. Through analysis and judgment, you can fully understand its essence, achieve your goals through organization and coordination, and establish a win-win situation through communication.
4. We have also learned lessons and enlightenment from the failure: in our work, all departments need to communicate and share information, cooperate and coordinate with each other, and form the integration of forces to complete the common task.
5. As a leader, we should see differences, accommodate differences, coordinate differences, make use of differences, learn from each other's strong points and build a perfect collective and perfect team in differences.
6. Knowledge and skills are only tangible capital, while will and spirit are invisible forces. Outward Bound Training is the development of forces that have been lurking in the body but have never been used. In the process of outward bound training, I gained more than the indirect experience and summary from reading books in the past. It has changed my thinking mode over the years, transcended myself, recognized the great strength of the team, and understood the important significance of innovation. I also try my best to give full play to the spirit of teamwork in my future work.
